The Breede River Valley offers the visitor an mountainbiking adventure. All who have travelled here agree that there are few places in the world as stunningly beautiful as this Valley, named after the snake like-like river that winds its way across kilometres of unspoilt landscape. In contrast to this Valley stands the Klein Karoo, with its harsh and unforgiving landscape, but in this lies its beauty. Life is aplenty and often you have to go off road to really discover the beauty of both these regions.

Each of the mountain biking routes featured here have been ridden and tested by experienced mountain bikers, so that you are assured of excellent routes, good sign-posting and an exhilarating experience as you come face to face with nature within the varied and interesting landscape of these two regions.
